Early this spring, we drove down a street in Sugar House and dreamed about living in this adorable neighborhood. Serendipity stepped in and now we own a dream bungalow on that very street.
Taylor and I decided to sell our townhouse because of some unfortunate circumstances in our area. Our house sold in less 24 hours and we needed to find a new house as soon as possible. I started stalking the Utah MLS for homes just south of the city with character. The house we ended buying was actually the first house we put an offer on, but we didn't get it right away. It was love at first sight. It had everything on our wish list. We put our offer in and waited for hear back. We had beat out by a dreaded cash offer. Then after 5 other houses / offers later, our bungalow came available again. We like to think it was meant to be.
